Oranges and yellows illuminate the Western sky while cirrus clouds dance over the warm Pacific. Is it possible to ever get tired of watching a sunset? Not likely. Darcy Donavan is a lot like a summer sunset: Always beautiful, unbelievably magnificent and indelibly etched in the corridors of your mind.

You must get asked out at least 10 times a week...Ha ha ha ha. Is that a question? I get hit on a lot, but I think a lot of men are intimidated to ask me out because I am a blonde with a brain, opinionated and I know a lot about sports. (Plus, my dad was a college football/basketball coach).
I've been to a nude beach, and I found it...Very refreshing. I wish we all could walk around naked all the time.

The most creative way someone asked me out is the time one guy said..."Hey, do you remember me? We both were in the same kindergarten." LOL! True story.
I am...Forever young (Southern women don't disclose their age) and want to be...on the cover of Forbes magazine with Oprah Winfrey to my right, Donald Trump to my left and Bill Gates to the back of me and I am right there in the middle with a big smile on my face-by the time I am having my next birthday bash!
Fill In The BlankI find inspiration for my music through...Honestly, I find a lot of inspiration in my relationships and in recalling the hardships I had to endure while growing up.
Acting is...A lot harder than most think because, imagine how many people it takes on set to film one scene and that they are watching you while you film. When the director says, "Action!" you have to be in the moment, on your game and focused to be that character, regardless of what kind of day you are having.
The key to success is...To always be nice and respectful. I am not saying to kiss someone's "you know what," but I believe that being kind and respectful goes a long way in any field you choose-period. Also, don't take no for an answer. If you have a goal, keep going toward it and you will eventually reach your destination. Try not to let people bring you down. Some of the most successful celebrities and millionaires had terrible childhoods and didn't even graduate from high school. They worked their way to the top.
The key to staying in shape is...Having the desire to want to look good and really want to keep your body in optimum condition. |
